Established in 2010, First Home Owners Centre is part of the award winning, highly respected and family-owned Aveling Homes Group. Since our inception, we have built thousands of homes throughout the metropolitan area and the South West – as well as over 90 display homes in some of Perth’s most popular estates owned by Satterley, Stockland, Peet, LWP and Mirvac.

Just ask Jodi!  

Jodi was the winner of our recent Win 12 Months’ Rent Competition, and is now on the verge of owning her first home. 

“I’m sick of paying rent to a landlord instead of paying off my own home; it’s been a real driving factor,” Jodi says.
